Bringing The Fire Of Jesus To The Streets

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I Send?
And who will go for us?"  And I said, "Here am I.  Send me!" Isaiah 6:8

The Vision - Supporting the Front Lines

One of our biggest challenges while running the home was, like so many other folks in ministry, finances.  Our dream now is to work hard at our careers so we can financially support those who stayed behind and are still working on the 'front lines' - in the streets.

We continue to send resources to The Homeless Church in general and recently began sending what we can to help support an Assistant Pastor there.  Our dream, our vision and our heart is to be able to increase our level of support to a degree that will allow those who are working in the ministry to concentrate less on earning their support and more on doing the work of God.  We understand Paul was a tentmaker and earned his support, but he also received support from those who wanted to stand behind the work he was doing.

Please stand with us in prayer for those dedicated folks who are laying it all down for the Kingdom of God.  If you would like to learn more about the Homeless Church of San Francisco, please visit their website - HomelessChurch.org.  We ask you to visit in the hopes you will pray for them.  We're not soliciting donations!  They are completely faith-based and never ask anyone for finances.  This is not because they think it's wrong that anyone should ever do so, it is simply because our Loving Father made it very clear to Pastor Evan, right from the beginning of this ministry, that he was not to do so.  His job was to Pastor the flock and watch God provide through the hearts of those He chose to touch - to God alone be the Glory - always!

Matthew 25
35
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.
