OPEN HOUSES - I go the extra
mile. The day before your open house, I'll deliver
invitations to your neighbors encouraging them to invite their
friends or relatives to become their neighbors.
WE HAVE BUYERS! With
approximately 80 agents in our alliance, we have a pool of
buyers. We encourage them to FULLY PRE-QUALIFY
with our IN-HOUSE MORTGAGE BROKER (San Joaquin Mortgage) so
there are no surprises regarding financing after the offer is
accepted.
INSPECTIONS: I'll
review the inspection reports with you and obtain answers to any
questions you may have about them.
CURB APPEAL - I know what
the prospective buyers notice and how they are affected by what
they see. You may be surprised at the little things we can
do that mean a lot to a buyer.
LOCK BOX - You don't have to
be home to sell your home! I'll provide a lock box that
will give agents the freedom to show your home when their
buyer's want to see it. We can require advance notice if
you like, but you won't have to be there.
SEVEN DAYS A WEEK - We have
coverage at our office 7 days a week. Buyer's agents have
access to my cell phone through the MLS. If a buyer
doesn't have an agent, they an call the number on the 'For Sale'
sign and reach our office - even on weekends.
